Can I requst that my personal information NOT be published?

SWN members are contacted to provide information regarding upcoming SWN meetings, functions, events, etc. Our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information is for SWN business only.

Saskatoon Women’s Network and Your Privacy
The Saskatoon Women’s Network is committed to preserving and safeguarding your right to
privacy. As part of this commitment, we want you to fully be aware of what happens to your
personal information. Accordingly, this privacy policy sets out the manner in which we will collect,
use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information.

Collection of Personal Information:
We collect the personal information you provide us when you fill out a member profile. Any
information that is generated during your membership is treated as confidential and will be
respected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may have also collected personal
information through the website – again, treated confidentially in accordance with this Privacy
Policy. We may also automatically collect general anonymous information related to your use of
our website – again, treated confidentially.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Information:
We may use your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:

1. to identify you when you use the service of the SWN
2. to facilitate billing and collection
3. to communicate SWN events, meetings, news, etc. (SWN business)
4. to establish and maintain relations to our members.

We never use your personal information for any other purpose, and we do not share or sell our
personal information. If you choose to provide us with ancillary personal information, aggregated
data is only used by us as part of our mailing/e-mailing engine, and for statistical purpose.

Consent & Opting Out:
Our collection, use or disclosure of your personal information requires your consent – by
providing us with a membership profile for primary use in the Website Directory, also see Purpose of Collecting Personal Information. You may opt out of the websitedirectory at anytime, by contacting the SWN Website Director.  

By opting out you may limit our ability to offer you certain, goods, services or benefits to the
membership.
