Health & wellness is so important to focus on and learn about these days, and we want to make sure our members have all the tools they need! Join us for this year's Spring Panel featuring experts on diet & nutrition, holistic wellness, fitness, and more!
Deju Akanji
“You have to think about it before you can do it. The mind is what makes it all possible.”
No one is excluded from the possibility of a healthy, abundant life. The freedom to choose what supports your well-being each day is powerful. Small, intentional, and consistent choices for your health make a real difference—and they don’t have to be perfect, complicated, or expensive. Your journey is uniquely yours, and only you can fully step into it. Join me on March 10th as we chat about cultivating a well mindset about wellness, fitness, and nutrition

We provide services to people of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and body sizes with eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as other health conditions. We offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where people can feel safe to explore recovery, reconnect with their bodies, and find freedom with food.
