Handouts at Meetings

All members are encouraged to distribute their marketing materials (brochures, business cards, upcoming event posters etc.).  The presentation of your materials will be shared by other SWN members and placed on a  6 – 8′ table where members can browse and take what they find of interest. Please ensure at the end of the lunch, you pick up any of your materials that are left behind. Questions? Please contact our Program Director:




Host a Display Table

Do you have a product or service that you would like to highlight to your fellow members? At any of our regular lunch events you can request the opportunity to host a display table. This opportunity allows for a “trade show” style of display (6-8’ table) allowing you to showcase your particular product and/or service and have direct interaction with attending members. A $25 or greater prize is required. Your name and company will be announced.  You can book your display table with our Program Director at



Speak at a Lunch Event

If you have expertise in a specific area to share with fellow members, we would love to hear from you. Every lunch event allows for a member to speak about a topic that would be interesting to fellow members without being advertorial. Our membership brings together women from all walks and talents and we have so much to learn from each other. Please consider this opportunity. A weekly newsletter is sent out every Wednesday with upcoming SWN events and reminders, introducing new SWN members as well as upcoming member events. Have an event you would like included in the e-newsletter? Send the information to the Friday prior to the e-newsletter going out.

Expression of Interest

“Expressions of Interest” (EOI) are requested for event venues, Christmas charity, printing, and accounting reviews. Notification of pending EOIs are announced through e-newsletters and on the website.

Host a SWN Mingler

The SWN Minglers are a chance for women, both members and non members, to gather once a month to network at a venue that is at no cost to the SWN.

What to know about hosting a SWN Mingler:

  • This is an opportunity to network and introduce your business in a relaxed and social atmosphere where women can network with each other. To allow adequate time for networking, please limit the presentation to 10 minutes.
  • Must be a member*.
  • There is no registration for these events; the host must be able to accommodate any number of guests that attend. An RSVP is appreciated.
  • Last Thursday of the month from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.
  • The host is required to be at the event.
  • Refreshments and snacks must be available via purchase by attendees or provided by the host.
  • The host is required to have the proper licensing for alcoholic beverages.
